3. Conditions for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The product must be in its original packaging
  • The sealed packaging must not have been opened (for hygiene reasons)
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.1 Products That Cannot Be Returned

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of:

  • Dietary supplements where the seal has been broken
  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products that are not in their original condition

If you are exercising your right of withdrawal, you will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the goods are defective or we made an error with your order.

5. Refunds

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.

If you chose a delivery method more expensive than our standard delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery.
